A real sun trap. The Southbourne Villa is a 19th Century detached Victorian Villa with all modern comforts and is your ideal choice for both business and pleasure. We offer Free Wireless Broadband Internet access should you wish to check your emails. For the comfort and well being of all guests,smoking is not permitted inside the building. Ample off - road free car park. ARRIVAL TIMES. WE ONLY ACCEPT NEW ARRIVALS BETWEEN 2PM AND 10PM. If you fail to arrive by 10pm your reservation will be cancelled but you will be charged in full as a ""no show."" as per our standard terms and conditions of booking.
